  • Donations made through our Site will be processed securely, but we do not guarantee the tax deductibility of any donations. Please consult with a tax professional for questions about the deductibility of your contributions.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or return any donation at our discretion, especially if the donation conflicts with our mission or values.

  • Payments for any programs, events, or services provided by Unplug and Recharge are used solely to support our charitable activities and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

  • By submitting a donation, you confirm that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used, and you authorize us to process the transaction. All payments are processed through secure, third-party payment processors.

  • Our mission is solely supported by donations.​

  • All of our proceeds that we receive from the services we provide will be donated to St. Jude's Children's Cancer Research Hospital. (The proceeds are donated after we pay our fees and expenses).

3. Account Responsibility

If you create an account on the Site (e.g., to donate, register for events, or volunteer), you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. You may not share your account or credentials with others.
